Divine Renovation Conference

Parish Priests Religious Fathers and Sisters Deacons Pastoral Council Dear All Divine Renovation Conference I, Archbishop of Pretoria, invites you to join me in participating in a process of renewal which will help us, as Church, to revitalise our efforts in responding to Christ’s Great Commission.  It is my conviction, that our experience of the Mass only comes to life as the “source and summit of Christian Life” when we are formed as missionary disciples of Christ. In response to the Church's call for a "'New Evangelisation" and for the Transmission of the Christian Faith, a two-day conference has been scheduled for 13 and 14 August 2018 at the Bryanston Parish. Delegates will learn more about “The Divine Renovation” model from the author himself, Father James Mallon of Archdiocese of Halifax, Canada.  We will hear testimonies from Father Mallon and Father Mackay as well as lay people who have had the opportunity to engage with the Divine Renovation process in their parishes. I am most excited about this opportunity, offered in conjunction with Alpha International and the Divine Renovation Institute, to touch the lives of many people and bring them into a relationship with God.  This is an ideal opportunity for us to discover new ways to reach the unchurched and non-church going Catholics. Registrations can take place online at https://divinerenovation.co.za and the cost is only R350 for two (2) days. Your support and encouragement of this two-day conference is most appreciated. Yours faithfully in Christ, +William Slattery OFM Archbishop of Pretoria
